Every programme begins with an initial consultation that is free of charge. We will discuss your goals, motivations for contacting me, and go through your medical and health background. The initial consultation offers you the opportunity to find out more about myself and my expertise, while giving me the relevant information to tailor a programme specific to your needs. If, after the consultation, you feel I will be able to help in achieving your fitness goals we can arrange future sessions starting immediately.
